The apartment has 6 flats and it is 300m, 0.3miles (5 min walk) away from the beech which is famous with its Caretta sea turtles. The apartment has the view of the mountains, which will allow you to have a peaceful breakfast in the balcony. My parents live in one of the flats, and my father, a retired teacher, looks after the garden and grows at least 10 different types of fruits and 7 different types of vegetables  which you can use to cook your dinner in your own large modern kitchen. The flats have air-conditioning, also you will find that having the mountains around, no matter how high the temperatures are you will be comfortable with the pleasant cool breeze. 

Each flat has 2 double bedroom, a large bedroom and a kitchen, two balconies, two toilets and a shower.
  One room has a double bed, and the other two single beds. These can be changed according to your request. There is a back balcony through one of the bedrooms. this balcony is facing north and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The back balcony can accommodate 4 people to have breakfast. There is a large balcony through the kitchen and the lounge facing south. This balcony is very large, and it is great to sit down to have your lunch or dinner, or even have a barbeque.
